5.2 Bidder is cautioned that any exception taken by Bidder and deemed by OWNER to be a
material qualification or variance from the terms of the Contract Documents may result
in this Bid being rejected as non-responsive.
5.3 Exceptions:
1 . Driving piles can only occur if overhead power lines are
moved. For schedule this needs to happen in a timely fashion.
2 . Item#12 clarified by our landscaper as type "R" is an INDOT
road side seeding. No special grading and/or maintenance is
include.
3 . Item#32 sodding we have included fine grade and water for
30 days . No other maintenance is included.
