ON PETITION TO CHANGE THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP FOR THE CITY OF CARMEL
AND CLAY TOWNSHIP
PURSUANT TO INDIANA CODE 36-7-4-605

of the City of Carmel
Hamilton County, Indiana
Dear Members
The Carmel/Clay Plan Commission offers you the following report on the application of
C P Morgan Communities for CPM Family Trust and C & J Company to rezone the
following real estate located in Hamilton County, Indiana, to-wit
43 083 acres located northwest of the intersection of East 96th Street and Gray
Road from S-1/Residence to R-5/Residence District
The•Carmel/Clay Plan Commission's recommendation on the application is
FAVORABLE.
At its regularly scheduled meeting of November 21, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission
approved the requested Rezone petition by a vote of 11 in favor none opposed
