meeting on the 17th day of October,2000, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing regarding a Rezone Application under docket number 162-00-Z for a parcel of real estate located west of Gray Road and north of 96th Street The Applicant seeks to rezone the subject real estate from the S-1 District to the R-5 Residential District The Real Estate is legally described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and is currently zoned S-1 District under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Carmel, Indiana A copy of
