The JR Fertig Regulated Drain and the JW Hawkins Regulated Drain are both located on this site. Storm water discharge from this site falls under the jurisdiction of the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office. 2. There is an allowable discharge rate of 0.25 cfs per acre within this watershed. Detention will be required. 3. Per Hamilton County ordinance,fill in the floodplain of a Regulated Drain is prohibited. This includes both floodway and flood fringe area.The County Surveyor may allow fill if a compensated flood storage area is excavated along the open drain. The compensated area must be designed and constructed at a 1:1 ratio so that there is no net loss of floodplain area.This must receive prior approval and is considered to be a reconstruction of the open drain,subject to the requirements for a drain reconstruction. 4. The J.W. Hawkins Drain is located approximately where your proposed building is shown. This is an open drain that serves a fairly large watershed. Are you intending to relocate the open drain or was this drain not anticipated? Any reconstruction of the Regulated Drain is subject to the requirements for a ds rain reconstruction and will require prior approval from the Drainage Board. 5 The proposed drive shows using new box culverts. The County Surveyor will require a single span bridge structure or one culvert for a crossing over the Fertig Drain. Multiple culvert pipes will not be Billowed. The proposed foot bridge over the Fertig will also be required to be a single span bridge with no posts in the Bowline. 7. Based on the review of the conceptual plan,anticipated permits will include: a. Outlet permit—JR Fertig Drain b. Outlet permit—JW Hawkins Drain c, Two Crossing permits for bridges—JR Fertig d. Crossing permits for utility crossings—JR Fertig e. Crossing permits for utility crossings—JW Hawkins f. Petition for Reconstruction and Relocation—JR Fertig. g. Petition for Reconstruction and Relocation—JW Hawkins h. Non-enforcement—JR Fertig i. Non-enforcement--JW Hawkins A more thorough review will he made upon receipt of construction plans. There is also a trail/path on west side along Spring Mill Road, but the trail/path only goes north to the parking plaza and then goes to the road. Why does this trail/path not extend north for the entire length of the property? And then is the trail/path shown going to be part the Duk-Weeks project. • I received drawings from Weihe Engineers and Carson Design for the southwest corner of 116th Street and Keystone, but did not see them list on the TAC adgenda. What is this project's status? • I received a drawing one sheet from C.P. Morgan/CSO Architects on a project north of 116th Street for a 25,000 sq ft. 2-story building, but have not received any other information.
