NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Plan Commiss
Commission "), meeting on the 16`x' day of January, 2001, at 7:00 o'cl
Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One civic Square, Carmel
will holcl a Public hearing regarding a Rezone Application under docket
141 -00 Z for a parcel of real estate located at 1306 and 1342 E. 116`x' Stree
Application seeks to rezone the subject real estate from the R -1 District to the B -5
Di strict.
The Real Estate is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and is
currently zoned R -1 District under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
A copy of the Application is on file for examination at the Office of the Director
of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Application,
either in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above -
mentioned time and place
Written objections to the Application that are filed with the secretary of the Plan
Commission prior to the Public Hearing will be considered and oral comments
concerning the Application will be heard at the Public Hearing

rezone of 7.4 acres located on the north side of 116th Street from the R -1 to the M -3
zoning classification.
Prior to the public hearing, we are holding an mfonnational meeting to review the
zoning change and answer questions from neighbors. This infonnational meeting

December 6.
