The Secondary Plat Amendment(144-00 SP Amend)for Village of WestClay PUD, Section 10005, Lots 354-360& 430-436, signed by the County Commissioners February 12, 2001, and recorded that day has been received by the Department of Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision plat file. Copies have been forwarded to the Department of Information Systems, the Department of Communications, the Hamilton County Highway Department, and Brenwick Development. The signed originals were then taken directly to the Hamilton County Recorder's Office. These are now the official addresses. The Secondary Plat Amendment for Lakes at Hazel Dell, Section 1, Lots 141-142& 154-158(152-00 SP), signed by the Board of Public Works September 27, 2000, and recorded October 19, 2000 (lnstr. #200000052511), has been received by the Department of Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision file. One copy will be forwarded to the Department of Information Services, one to the Department of Communications, and one to Zaring Homes. The Secondary Plat Amendment for Delaware Trace, Section 2(148-00 SP), signed by the Board of Public Works September 6, 2000, and recorded October 19, 2000 (lnstr. #200000052512), has been received by the Department of Community Services. The original will be placed in the Plan Commission file and a copy in the subdivision file. One copy will be forwarded to the Department of Information Services, one to the Department of Communications, one to the Street Department and one to Oak View Associates.
