Building No. 5, for which we have AULS Approval, have spent in excess of $100,000 in the preparation of construction documents, and intend to commence construction in the spring of next year, is effectively eliminated. While we understand the City's desire to appropriately protect necessary public areas: the reservation of this Right-of-Way is a taking as surely as if the buildings existed today.
