Sanitary Sewer System The proposed development shall be served by an on-site sanitary sewer which will connect to the sewer main located on the adjacent property to the west and served by Clay Township Regional Waste District. Storm Drainage System The storm water management design for the development is proposed to be private and shall consist of a system of storm sewers which will convey stormwater runoff from inlets located in the streets and rear yards to multiple stormwater detention ponds.
