The site is located at 11355 North Michigan Road, Clay township. The petitioner is requesting approval to construct a 16,800 square foot retail gardening and landscaping facility. Site is zoned B-3 and is located within the US 421 Overlay Zone. Additionally, the petitioner will be appearing before the Carmel\Clay Board of Zoning Appeals for Special Use approval. The site is located at 501 Congressional Blvd., Carmel. The petitioner is requesting approval to place a 56 square foot wall sign on the front of the existing building. Site is zoned B-6.
