Commencing at the Southwest comer of the said Northwest Quarter; thence along the South line
thereof North 88 degrees 59 minutes 02 seconds East (assumed bearing per deed recorded as
Instrument #8805447 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana) 490.14 feet to
the Point of Beginning which point is marked with a 5/8 inch diameter rebar with plastic cap
stamped "P.I. Cripe, Inc. "; thence North 00 degrees 45 minutes 09 seconds West 345.93 feet to
a 5/8 inch diameter rebar with plastic cap stamped "P.1. Cripe, Inc. "; thence North 44 degrees 00
