Dear Jason,
We have reviewed your application for development standards variances`for'the,property located at 10330 N Meridian St. As
part of our review we have determined that two of the variances.are not needed, as they are duplicative of two of the other
variances applied for. Specifically;the variancesthat relate to Chapter':27:02.03 to allow parking within the greenbelt/bufferyard
are unnecessary as you are also requesting variances from Chapter 33.06(C)l to reduce the US 31 Greenbelt and from Chapter
33.05(A)5 to reduce the bufferyard along.103rd St. If the variances to reduce the greenbelt and the bufferyard are approved,
then parking will not`occur within either as a new.width will have been established•for each. Therefore,you will not need the
additional variances requested from Chapte(2702.03.
