To Whom It May Concern:
Special Inspections will be performed for the above referenced Giant Eagle project during the course of
construction activities in accordance with the 2006 International Building Code. The required structural
Special Inspections have been outlined on drawing S301 contained in the Permit drawing submittal.
The required special inspections will be performed by personnel from the Carmel, Indiana office of Alt &
Witzig, Inc. Engineering.
