certain real property ( "Property ") to the City for the purpose of establishing City "rights -of- way ", which Dedication
and Deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits A & B hereinabove set forth;

RE: DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY — PLAYSCHOOL AT LEGACY (EQUALITY BOULEVARD)
Dear Board Members:
Mr. Rejai Zumot, Falcon Nest II, LLC., has requested the Board sign the Dedication of Public Right of Way
documents presented for approval.
These documents represent agreement to dedicate Right of Way along the north side of the PlaySchool
At Legacy for Equality Boulevard. (Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North,
Range 4 East). Total dedication consists of 0.498 acres, more or less.
On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Zumot and Falcon Nest II, LLC for this
Dedication of Right of Way.
I recommend the Board accept and sign this document.
