Notice is hereby given that The Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in Executive Session on
Tuesday January 27, 2015, after the conclusion of their Regular Meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., in the
Council Chambers, Second Floor, Carmel City Hall, One Civic Square, which Executive Session may be
reconvened in the same location following the January 27, 2015 6:00 p.m. public meeting of the Carmel
Board of Zoning Appeals. The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss strategy with respect to
pending litigation in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
