RE: St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church Addition
Dear Mrs. Sterling,
We have reviewed the construction plans submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor’s Office
on January 20, 2015, for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project does fall in the Moffitt & Williamson Regulated Drain
Watershed.
4. No permits will be needed from our office for this project, as no major changes to the
overall storm sewer system are being made.
5. I have reviewed the proposed and the original drainage calculations for the overall
drainage design and believe additional analysis needs to be completed to prove the
site discharge will still remain within the prior approved release rates.
6. Please address comments from Crossroad Engineers review letter dated January 26,
2015, as HCSO also have some of the same comments from our review of the plans.
7. Please submitted revised construction plans/drainage calculations once all TAC
comments are addressed.
Should you have any questions, I can be reached at 317-776-8495.
Sincerely,
Greg Hoyes, AC, CFM, CPESC
