TEMPORARY LIGHTING SHALL MEET OR EXCEED OSHASTANDARDS.16.UNLESS OTHERWISE STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, THECONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROVISION, STORAGE ANDPAYMENT OF ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, TAXES, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, CONSTRUCTIONEQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER FACILITIES NECESSARYFOR PROPER EXECUTION AND COMPLETION OF THE WORK WHETHER OR NOT IT ISSPECIFICALLY CALLED OUT OR DETAILED ON THE DRAWINGS.17.THE CONTRACTOR WARRANTS TO THE OWNER THAT MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENTFURNISHED UNDER THE CONTRACT WILL MEET INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND BENEW AND OF GOOD QUALITY UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY THE CONTRACTDOCUMENTS.
