The UNITED FIDELITY BANK project occupies approximately two percent (2%) of the ground floor area of a seven (7) story building. Beneath the ground floor and separated with a 3-hour fire resistive assembly, is an unheated parking garage. The UNITED FIDELITY BANK project is a Group B occupancy, and the construction type of this project and the shell and core is I-B. The entire facility is fully protected by an automatic sprinkler system, and is surrounded by at least 30 feet of yard depth.
