The variances requested are for a reduction of the required minimum building height, number of occupiable floors, and distribution of gross floor area (1st and 2nd floors). The real estate affected by the Application is generally between U.S. Highway 31 and Pennsylvania Street, and north of 131st Street (aka Main Street), within the Meridian and Main Mixed Use Development, and has a common address of 13225 N.
