NEW CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
1.PROVIDE BLOCKING IN WALLS TO ACCOMMODATE ALL CASEWORK AND WALL
MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES. ALL BLOCKING MUST MEET ALL
APPLICABLE FIRE CODES.
2.FINISHED DOOR OPENINGS IN ALL NEW PARTITIONS SHALL BE SET TO ALLOW FULL
TRIM EXPOSURE (4" MIN.) FROM ADJACENT PERPENDICULAR PARTITION, UNLESS
NOTED OTHERWISE.
3.UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO THE FINISHED FACE OF
WALLS.

HARDWARE SET INFORMATION:
GENERAL NOTE: ALL HARDWARE SHALL MATCH EXISTING IN STYLE, FINISH AND
FUNCTION.
GENERAL DOOR AND HARDWARE NOTES:
1.ALL DOOR HARDWARE SHALL ALLOW FREE ACCESS IN THE EGRESS DIRECTION
AT ALL TIMES.
2.ALL DOOR HARDWARE SHALL BE A.D.A. ACCESSIBLE. ALL DOORS SHALL COMPLY
WITH ICC/ANSI 404 AND SHALL HAVE LEVER OR EQUAL HARDWARE. ALL
CLOSERS MUST BE ADJUSTED TO REQUIRE NO MORE THAN 8.5 LBS. FOR
INTERIOR DOORS AND 5.0 FOR EXTERIOR DOORS.
3.REVIEW ALL HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS WITH LANDLORD AND TENANT
PROJECT MANAGER PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF ORDER.
4.ALL LOCK SETS ARE TO MATCH EXISTING. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
CONSTRUCTION LOCKS TO SECURE THE PERIMETER OF THE CONSTRUCTION
AREA ( IF REQUIRED) UNTIL TURNED OVER TO TENANT.
5.CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL HARDWARE KEYING, IF ANY, WITH THE
LANDLORD AND OBTAIN LANDLORD'S APPROVAL PRIOR TO PLACING
HARDWARE ORDER.
6.ALL NEW HARDWARE INCLUDING BUTTS, CLOSERS, ETC. SHALL MATCH
EXISTING. ALL FINISHES TO MATCH EXISTING. REUSE REMOVED HARDWARE
WHERE POSSIBLE. ALL REUSED HARDWARE SHALL BE IN "AS NEW" FUNCTIONAL
CONDITION.
