HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter #19 Michael RudicleFrom:Michael Rudicle To:Crediford, Maggie Subject:Windemere Home Owners Opposed to Woodhall Lane Amendment Date:Friday, April 24, 2015 10:17:38 AM We have been made aware of a proposal by Pulte Homes to amend the Woodhall Lane platted subdivision to allow 14 lots on 11.6 acres. Apporoving this amendent would create a precedent that is dramatically different from what is already in place along 106th street, and could have a significantly negative impact on the valuation of surrounding properties. While we obviously do not want this amendment to be approved, at the very least the developer should not be allowed to sidestep the usual review and input process. Allowing such to occur would set a precedent that in all likelihood would lead to similar activities from other developers, negatively impacting property values, and ultimately, damage Carmel's reputation.
