I’m working on how to get you what you need, but at the same time protect IPL interests. Our mapping system shows
that address as 9884, but on our billing systems it is listed as those I sent the releases for. That makes me think that the
address has been changed at some point along the way. Do you think a copy of our map with explanation of above
would satisfy Mr. Mishler?

Could you please confirm highlighted comment from below. The address that they have in GIS is 9884 N. Michigan Rd,
but all the utilities are listed under 9680 N. Michigan Rd. I put 9884 on the permit. What do I need to do for you to
confirm this?

Jim-
Here is what I still need in order to issue the demolition permit:
1. Confirmation from Ryan Hartman at CTRWD that the lateral cut/cap inspection is complete. He said he has been in contact with you but
it has not been scheduled. Ryan can be reached at 844-9200.
2. Confirmation from IPL that the address you submitted (9884 Michigan) falls under the addresses that they cleared for demolition. The
addresses on the release you submitted were for 9680, 9684, 9692 & 9696 N. Michigan Rd.
Please note the address cleared for demolition by Vectren also did not match the demo address, however I verified with Joanie Clark at Vectren
that this one was cleared.
