PARCEL 7 PROJECT AND PART OF PARCEL 5, THE PEDCOR CITY CENTER
PROJECT, WAS DESIGNED AND INSTALLED SEVERAL YEARS AGO. PRIOR TO
ENTERING THE UNDERGROUND DETENTION IT IS TREATED WITH A NOW
EXISTING AQUA-SWIRL MANHOLE. AS PART OF THE PARCEL 7-C-3,
PARKING GARAGE DESIGN, THE MULTIPLE HDPE PIPED DETENTION WILL BE
REPLACED WITH A CONCRETE CHAMBER UNDER THE SOUTH END OF THE
GARAGE. THE PARKING GARAGE PROJECT INCLUDED AN ACCESS DRIVE FROM
3rd AVE SW UTILIZING A BIO-AQUIFER STORM SYSTEM (BASS) PAVEMENT.
STORM DRAINAGE FROM THIS THEATER PROJECT AND ADJACENT PAVEMENTS
WILL BE ROUTED SOUTH ALONG THE WEST EDGE OF THE EXISTING ENERCY
CENTER AND THEN EAST TO THE DETENTION CHAMBER OF THE PARKING
GARAGE. IN THE SOUTH LEG STORM DRAINAGE WILL BE TREATED WITH AN
AQUA-SWIRL STRUCTURAL BMP.
THE OWNER AND MAINTAINENCE SERVICE WILL DEVELOPMENT A
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO HELP REDUCE THE AMOUNT POLLUTANTS
THAT RUN OFF THE SITE; THRU THE REDUCTION OF FERTILIZERS
