Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting
on the 22nd of June, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Caucus Room, One (1)
Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Special
Use application to
The owner plans to expand the existing barn and riding arena by adding
a 64’x80’ building expansion on the east side. The owner also plans to add two
indoor storage areas. The storage area on the north side of existing barn and riding
arena will be 36’x72’ and the area on the south side will be 36’x60\ The new
expansions will provide comfort and safety to the riders and horses.
With property being known as (address): 12899 West Road, Zionsville,
Indiana.
The application is identified as Docket No. 15050003 SUA_

The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign. The sign must be
placed in a highly visible and legible location from the road on the property that is involved with the public
hearing.
The public notice sign shall meet the following requirements:
1. Must be placed on the subject property no less than 25 days prior to the public hearing
2. The sign must follow the sign design
