Subject to the lien of a mortgage to Herman W. Rothe, Jr. in the original principal
amount of $45,000.00 dated December 28, 1985, and recorded January 2, 1985, in
Mortgage Record 470, page 94 in the records of the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana; Grantor herein warrants that the unpaid balance due under
said mortgage shall be paid in full from Grantor's proceeds of sale at time of final
closing.
Subject to the lien of a mortgage to Freedlander, Inc., The Mortgage People, in the
original principal amount of $49,525.00 dated August 25, 1987, and recorded
September 2, 1987, as Instrument $87 -31328 and assigned to Lenders Corp. by
Assignment dated August 26, 1987, and recorded September 2, 1987, as Instrtanent
987 -31329 in the records of the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana;
Grantor herein warrants that the unpaid balance due under said mortgage shall be
paid in full from Grantor's proceeds of sale at time of final closing.
