Indiana (hereinafter "Grantee"), for public right-of-way purposes only, the real estate situated in the City of
Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, and described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B", which exhibits
are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
This Dedication is made subject to all existing easements and rights-of-way of record.

WHEREAS, the foregoing Grantor has submitted its dedication of certain real estate for the purpose
of establishing rights-of-way. which Dedication is hereinabove set forth;
AND WHEREAS. the City of Cannel, Hamilton County, Indiana, by and through its Board ofPublic
Works and Safety (hereafter "City") is of the opinion that said Dedication is desirable and necessary;
NOW. THEREFORE, said City, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by statutes of the State of
Indiana, accepts said dedication for the purpose of public rights-of-way, and orders that the Instrument of
Dedication be recorded in the Recorder's Office of the County of Hamilton, State of Indiana, and said
described real estate is hereby declared open and dedicated.
