I mailed the letter. Then I spoke with Gordon and he said I shouldn't have mailed it yet, because we didn't yet have an agreement with HWU. I said I could probably get it back, or rescend it. Gordon said OK. Later that same day the 28th, I was discussing the situation with Brian and he called IDEM and spoke with Robin Feller. and she said she had destroyed the letter. Gordon was notified that the letter had been destroyed. r. ,t .IDEM / HWU / LETTER RE: SEWER CAPACITY: 3/29/95 Met with Brian, Gordon on HWU and another matter, but RE: HWU, found that I should have NOT mailed the letter to IDEM approving capacity that I mailed yesterday. Brian called IDEM and spoke with Robin Fella. OUTCOME: = Robin destroyed the letter MARCH 30 TH. 1995 I later saw ( paragraphs below) Gordon had written a letter to HWU dated March 30, don't know when it was mailed, or recieved by HWU. PAARCH 315T,1995 On Friday March 31st Gordon called Pat and said I should now send the again to IDEM. I thought I would wait a day or two to be sure there wasn't another screw up. I also discussed the reissuance of the letter with Brian and he said NOT to send it. It was his, ( and my ) understanding that the letter should NOT go out until we had an AGREEMENT with HWU. My letter was our only bargining chip to get the agreement. I wanted to see what it was that Gordon had sent HWU and how my letter was to fit into whatever he was negotiationg with HWU before I send my letter. A?RI1. 4 TH 1995 A FAX was recieved from Gordon's office on APRIL 4th ato ( 15:30) ( 3:36 PM ) Which I didn't see until April 5th AM. So no action was taken until the following situation developed. mama 1995 A. HWU Jeff Henson sent a letter to Mayor Johnson dated April 5th bitching about my canciling my letter to IDEM B. Gordon's Office FAX,ed a copy of the above letter to me Today 04-06-1995 about 11:21 AM (time on FAX) I was out of the office until 1:30 PM before I read it. I don't konw why the MAYORS office didn't send me a copy directly. ????
