South line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 17 North, Range 4 East
974. 20 feet North 89 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West (assumed bearing) of the
Southeast corner thereof; thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes 32 seconds West parallel
with the East line of said Quarter 308. 00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes
00 seconds West parallel with the South line aforesaid 10. 15 feet to the East right-of-way
line of Lakeshore Drive; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East on and
along said right-of-way line 308. 00 feet to the South line of said Quarter; thence South

Drive, the violation of which shall result in a reversion to the Grantor.
