THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That Williams Creek Woods LLC (Grantor),
a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Indiana, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to The City of Carmel, Indiana
and Clay Township of Hamilton County, Indiana as Joint Tenants and not
as Tenants in Common (Grantee) of Hamilton County, in the State of
Indiana, for the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
following described real estate in Hamilton County, State of Indiana:
See attached Exhibit A incorporated herein.
Subject to the real estate taxes due and payable in November
2001 and all taxes thereafter due.
Subject to any and all easements, agreements and restrictions
of record.
The undersigned person executing this deed on behalf of Grantor
represent and certify that he is the duly elected manager of Grantor and
has been fully empowered, by proper resolution of Grantor, to execute
and deliver this deed; that Grantor has full capacity to convey the real
estate described herein; and that all necessary action for the making of
1nsuch conveyance has been taken and done.
