That, on April 15, 1996, the name of National City Bank, Indiana, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States, was changed to National City Bank of Indiana. A true and accurate photostatic copy of the April 29, 1996 letter whereby the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency acknowledged the foregoing name change is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "B". 5. As a result of the Gam -St Germain Depository Institutions Act of 1982, the OCC is no longer responsible for the approval of national bank name changes nor does it maintain official records on the use of alternate titles.
