THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA, an Indiana
municipal corporation acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety ("Grantor"), hereby
quitclaims to 5254 Tivoli Partnership and Kosene Mohawk, LLC, as tenants in common, for the sum of
Ten Dollars ($ 10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, any
right, title or interest which Grantor may have in the real property located in Hamilton County, hidiana,
(the "Property"), which Property is more specifically described on Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
The undersigned persons executing this Quitclaim Deed on behalf of Grantor represent and certify
that they are duly authorized and have been empowered to execute and deliver this Quitclaim Deed and
that Grantor has full corporate capacity to quit claim the Property described herein. Grantor certifies that
no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due as a result of this conveyance.
