THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Thomas W. Mullins and Julie K. Zugelder ("Grantors"), hereby jointly and
individually CONVEY AND WARRANT to the City of Carmel, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and
Safety, the Grantee, for good and valuable consideration of the sum of Sixty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($68,300.00), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the certain real estate located in Hamilton County, in
the State of Indiana, and being more particularly described in the legal descriptions(s) attached hereto as Exhibit "A" incorporated
herein by reference.
Subject to current taxes not delinquent, easements as shown on any plat of record, building lines as shown on any plat of
record, and possible Barrett Law liens, and any municipal and/or sewer -assessments levied by the City of Carmel and not
delinquent.
GRANTORS hereby certify that no gross income tax is due on the transfer of the REAL ESTATE described herein and
that disclosure under IC 13-25-3 is not required since the REAL ESTATE is not property as defined by the Responsible Property
Transfer Law.

A part the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3
East and being a part of the land of Instrument Number 9909907341, Office
of the Recorder, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence South
87 degrees 02 minutes 34 seconds West (assumed bearing) 4.207 meters
(13.80 feet) along the south line of said Quarter Section to the
centerline of Old Meridian Street; thence North 33 degrees 46 minutes 19
seconds East 46.313 meters (151.95 feet) along the centerline of Old
Meridian Street; thence South 56 degrees 14 minutes 23 seconds East
15.239 meters (50.00 feet) to the point of beginning of this description
