THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that Estridge Investment Co., LLP ("Grantors"), hereby jointly and individually
CONVEY AND WARRANT to the City of Carmel, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, the
Grantee, for good and valuable consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($20,600.00), the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the certain real estate located in Hamilton County, in the State of
Indiana, and being more particularly described in the legal descriptions(s) attached hereto as Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by
reference.
Subject to current taxes not delinquent, easements as shown on any plat of record, building lines as shown on any plat of
record, and possible Barrett Law liens, and any municipal and/or sewer assessments levied by the City of Carmel and not
delinquent.
GRANTORS hereby certify that no gross income tax is due on the transfer of the REAL ESTATE described herein and
that disclosure under IC 13-25-3 is not required since the REAL ESTATE is not property as defined by the Responsible Property
Transfer Law.
The undersigned person(s) executing this deed represent(s) and certify (certifies) on behalf of the Grantor, that
he/she/they is (afe) the Jr tiler (Title) of the Grantor and has (have) been fully empowered
by the Grantor, to execute and deliver this deed and all other such instruments of transfer; that the Grantor is a partnership in
good standing in the State of its origin and, where required, in the State where the subject real estate is situate; that the Grantor
has full capacity to convey the real estate described; and that all necessary action for the making of this conveyance has been
duly taken.

A part the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range
3 East and being a part of the land of Instrument Number 9809846594,
Office of the Recorder, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence
North 87 degrees 02 minutes 47 seconds East (assumed bearing) 59.142
meters (194.04 feet) along the north line of said
the prolongation of the west line of the grantor's
1 degree 51 minutes 22 seconds East 6.097 meters
Quarter Section to
land; thence South
(20.00 feet) along
the prolongation of the west line of the grantor's land to the
