County, Indiana, as Instrument No. 200600003449 (the "Mortgage"). The Mortgage is hereby partially released and partially
satisfied solely as to the following described real estate:

It is expressly acknowledged and agreed that this Partial Release of Mortgage shall in no manner discharge the lien of the
,}Mortgage (together with any addendums, riders, or modifications), and such other listed documents from any of the real estate
described in the Mortgage except the portion being released by this Partial Release, and the real estate described in the Mortgage
other than the real estate being released by this Partial Release. shall remain pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage and such other
