RE: Muehlenbein Home Site
To Whom It May Concern:
In response to your recent request, this letter is to advise you that the
District has determined that the project mentioned above is located within
the District’s service area. In addition, sewer capacity exists and facilities
are available to provide sanitary sewer service for the proposed single
family home (address: 3041 W. 126th St, Carmel IN 46032) which will be
subject to all District ordinances, construction, and inspection
requirements. The project, as we understand it, will be tying into sewers
located within the subdivision of Laurel Lakes which will ultimately direct
wastewater flow to the City of Carmel/CTRWD Wastewater Treatment
Plant.
This letter shall not be construed as approval of any plans for the project.
It will be at the sole discretion of the developer to extend sewers to
connect this project to the District’s existing sewer.
