land in Hamilton County, Indiana, more definitely described below, through, over and up-
on which will pass a public highway which it is proposed by the City of Carmel, Indiana,
to improve, hereby grant, bargain and convey to the City of Carmel, Indiana, for temporary
right of way, lands as described below and located by surveys and shown on plans on file
in the Office of the City Engineer of the City of Carmel, Indiana, to -wit:
The following described right of way is temporary right of way for the purposes of
backslope construction and construction of'a driveway for service to the grantor's private
property and will revert to the grantor upon the completion of said project:
The West 10 feet of the East 45 feet of the following described real estate:
A part of Lots 1 and 2 of Harvey B. Stout and wife Tracts, being 109 feet off the
North side of Lot Number 2, and 20.15 feet off the South side of Lot Number 1 of said
Addition, more particularly described as follows:
A part of the Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East in
Hamilton County, Indiana, as follows: Begin at a point 563.6 feet North of the Southeast
corner of said Section, thence West parallel with the South line of said Quarter Section
354.33 feet to the East right of way line of the Indiana Railroad; thence North along said
right of way 129.15 feet to a point; thence East parallel with the South line 354.26 feet
to the intersection with the East line of said Northeast quarter; thence South on and along
said East line 129.15 feet, to the place of beginning.
ALSO: A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East,
more particularly described as follows: Begin 692.75 feet North and 10 feet West of the
Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East
