and conveying certain rights, title and/or interest in real estate located in
Hamilton County to the City of Carmel, Indiana for transportation: purposes and
which is identified as Parcel k8 on Project f Range Line Road -#06-19
I further acknowledge that said instrument has been executed and
acknowledged bv the grantors without payment bv isle of any consideration and that
am transmitting such instrument to the appropriate transportation authori`_ for
review subject to approval.
1t is understood and agreed that this conveyance ±nstrurnent will either
returned to the grantor not approved or the City of Carmel through its proper
agencies will cause such instrument to be processed for payment in the amount of

Pay-nent will be made wAthin 90 days after the completed file is submitted. The
file is completed after all Mortgages*, liens and encumbrances (if any) are
released by the appropriate parties.
The City of Carmel will not recuire a mortgage release for this transaction
since the area of acquisition is only partially encumbered by your mortgage.

1. This is a written statement of, and summary of the basis for, the establishment of the amount believed to be, through a valuation
process, just compensation for the purchase of this right-of-way for highway purposes. The amount set forth in Item 5 below is not
less than the approved estimate of value. Public Law 91-646 provides that this value disregards any decrease or increase in fair
market value of the property prior to the date of valuation caused by the public improvement for which the property is acquired other
than physical deterioration within reasonable control of the owner.
2. The legal description of this acquisition is set forth in the instrument of conveyance in the following identified parcel and this
acquisition is identified in the Acquiring Agency's records as:
