The following -described right of way is temporary right of way for the purpose of
constructing n driveway for service to the grantor':: private property and will revert
to the grantor upon the completion nr said project, in all events, not to exceed threw
years from the date of this instrument: A part of the Southeast quarter of Section
31, Township 18 North, Range 4 East, Hamilton County, Indiana, describes as
follows: Cormmnncing at the southeast corner of said section; thence South 89
degrees 50 minutes 55 seconds West, along the south line of said quarter section,
