wife (individually and collectively the "Grantor"), convey and warrant to the City of Carmel; Indiana (the
"Grantee"), for the sum of Forty-one "Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($41,850.00) and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; the following described

subject to any and all easements, agreements, restrictions and other matters of record.
