Dunwoody, conveys and warrants to the City of Carmel, Indiana (the "Grantee"), for the sum of Sixty-two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($62,000.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the following described real estate in Hamilton County, State of Indiana: See attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein (the "Real Estate") subject to any and all easements, agreements, restrictions and other matters of record.
