We've already deposited $27,534.00, the amount set forth in the Report of Appraisers, with the Clerk of the Court. At the time we made the deposit, however, we did not know how much to pay the court appointed appraisers so we didn't pay that portion. I just received a friendly reminder from the court appointed appraisers that they haven't been paid so this is on me. In any event, can 1 get a check, as soon as possible, in the amount of $5,100.00 made payable to the Clerk of the Hamilton Superior Court? If you send me the check, I'll get it to the Clerk.
