ENTRY AND ORDER
The Court appointed appraisers have filed their reports in which they determined that the
Defendants, Mark W. Bowman, Kay D. Bowman, and First Farmers Bank & Trust Co., may be
entitled to total just compensation in the amount of $ a 7, .7 3 ' . 00
being duly advised, now ORDERS, ADJUDGES, AND DECREES that:
1. The Plaintiff, the City of Carmel, shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the total
appraisers' fees in the amount of $ S ) DD . 09 within thirty (30) days of this
Entry and Order.
2. The Clerk of this Court, upon receipt of the above -referenced payment, shall pay
each of the appraisers his or her respective share and shall deposit any additional amounts in an
interest bearing account pending further order from this Court.

3. The Clerk of this Court shall send of copy of the Report of Appraisers and a copy
of this Entry and Order, by Certified Mail, to all parties or counsel of record for all parties to this

I need a favor.
We've already deposited $27,534.00, the amount set forth in the Report of Appraisers, with the
Clerk of the Court. At the time we made the deposit, however, we did not know how much to pay
the court appointed appraisers so we didn't pay that portion.
I just received a friendly reminder from the court appointed appraisers that they haven't been paid
so this is on me. In any event, can 1 get a check, as soon as possible, in the amount of $5,100.00
made payable to the Clerk of the Hamilton Superior Court? If you send me the check, I'll get it to
the Clerk. For your records, I've attached a copy of the Entry and Order showing the $5,100.00 to
be paid to the court appointed appraisers.
