On October 2nd, 1969 Mr. Robert Bodnar, owner of Mohawk Hills Apartments and
Mr. John Gradle of Gradle Brothers, met with me at my office at which time the
Fire Protection of Mohawk Hills was discussed. After a general discussion, Mr.
Bodner ordered Mr. Gradle to install 4 (four) more fire hydrants to the existing
and planned Fire hydrant installations, 7t4o are to be installed to reduce the number
of feet bet:een existing hydrants and two was ordered by Mr. Bodner which he himself
feels would improve the fire protection of Mohawk Hills.
The road or lane on the west side of the complex was discussed and Mr. Bodner
assured me the road was adequate for fire equipment as concrete trucks use it the year
around.
I also recieved a letter from Mr. John Kyle, attorney for Mr. Bodner and Mohawk
Hills of which a copy is attached concerning granting of permission.
