Add specification 08 35 13. 2.02 Section 10 22 38 – OPERABLE PANEL PARTITIONS A. Delete paragraph 2.01.A. regarding delegated design. B. Revise paragraph 2.02.F to replace “8 lbs/sq. ft.” with “8.2 lbs/sq. ft.”. C. Revise paragraph 2.02.J.1 to replace “Standard” with “Heavy Duty”. D. Bathroom porcelain floor tile. C. Delete paragraph 3.04 WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE completely. D. Add paragraph to 3.05 as follows: C. Provide width of membrane as recommended by membrane manufacturer, but no less than three (3) times the width of the tile used at all control joints and existing cracks in concrete floor. 2.04 Section 23 03 00 – HVAC INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS A. Paragraph 3.6.A – Change the total hours of training from 40 hours to 20 hours. 2.05 Section 23 36 00 – AIR TERMINAL UNITS A. When meeting all the requirement of the project specifications and drawings the following manufacturers are approved: METALAIRE 2.06 Section 23 37 13 – DIFFUSERS, REGISTERS AND GRILLES A. When meeting all the requirement of the project specifications and drawings the following manufacturers are approved: METALAIRE 2.07 Section 23 73 13 – MODULAR PACKAGED AIR HANDLING UNITS A. Replace specification in its entirety with new attached specification. 2.08 Section 23 82 13 – RADIANT HEATING PANELS A. When meeting all the requirement of the project specifications and drawings the following manufacturers are approved: Sterling 2.09 Section 23 82 19 – BLOWER COIL UNITS A. When meeting all the requirement of the project specifications and drawings the following manufacturers are approved: International 2.10 Section 31 10 00 – SITE CLEARING A. Paragraph 3.3, B-1: This sentence shall be revised as follows. “Notify Owner’s Representative not less than three days in advance of proposed utility interruptions. 2.11 Section 33 41 00 – STORM UTILITY DRAINAGE PIPING A. Paragraph 1.5 E: This paragraph shall read as follows. “As-Built” Drawings of installed sewers including as-build casting elevations, inverts, slopes, pipe lengths and diameter, and plan locations of structures. “As-built” drawings should meet City of Carmel requirements. PART 3 - DRAWINGS 3.01 C301 A. Per a comment from the City of Carmel, we have increased the slope in the swale south of the addition from 1% to 2%. Addendum Addendum 01 ADD. 01 - 3 of 4 3.02 C401 A. Per a comment from the City of Carmel, we have added gravel bag filters at both entrances to the staging area. 3.03 C402 A. Per a comment from the City of Carmel, we have moved the “Do Not Mow” signs to the toe of slope immediately adjacent to the native vegetation. B. Per a comment from the City of Carmel, we have added erosion control blanket to the detention basin banks immediately adjacent to the new concrete end section. 3.04 C404 A. Per a comment from the City of Carmel, we have we have moved the “Do Not Mow” signs to the toe of slope immediately adjacent to the native vegetation on Detail #3. 3.05 C501 A. Per a comment from the City of Carmel, we have added symbols for downspouts and roof drain connections to the plan view. These symbols are defined in the legend. B. Per a question in the Pre-Bid meeting, a temporary fiber optic line has been added south of the proposed addition with references to Sheet E101 for coordination and specifications. C. Key numbers for plan notes with elevations of electric line “installed by others” have been revised to point to and reference the correct schematic detail at the bottom of the page. 3.06 C602 A. Structure 606 in Detail 1 has been revised to eliminate the 6-inch roof drain originally shown. The current detail calls for a single 12-inch HDPE inlet pipe and a single 12-inch outlet pipe. 3.07 S201A – FOUNDATION PLAN UNIT A A. This sheet has been revised to clarify the extent of the 5” slab and the area of recessed slab to receive quarry tile. 3.08 S701 – SECTIONS AND DETAILS A. Section 12: The note referencing the Architectural Drawings has been revised to more clearly identify where this detail applies, and a new note has been added regarding anchorage of the masonry to the existing building. B. Section 13, Chimney Foundation Detail, has been added to this sheet. 3.09 Sheet A212 REFLECTED CEILING PLAN A. Add Notation Symbol “AT-3” to Lobby 001, Library 006, Lobby 017, Corridor 018, Corridor 018A, Corridor 018B, Corridor 018C and Corridor 018D. 3.10 Sheet A422 PLAN DETAILS A. Add section details 5 and 6 to sheet. 3.11 Sheet A801 FINISH PLAN A. Add clarification for extent of quarry tile to south connection to main Church. B. Add Finish Designation to Lobby 001. C.
