being that part of the grantor's land lying within the right-of-way Lines depicted on the
attached Right -of -Way Parcel Plat marked Exhibit "B" described as follows: Beginning at the
southeast comer of said Block "D"; thence South 88 degrees 45 minutes 11 seconds West
(bearing assumed) 34.8e feet along the south line of said Block "D" and Block "E" to point
designated "333" on said Plat; thence North 0 degrees 08 minutes 03 seconds West 273.06
