way lines depicted on the attached Right -of -Way Parcel Plat marked as Exhibit "B", described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said section South 89 degrees 28 minutes
02 seconds West 84.576 meters (277.48 feet) from the southeast corner of said quarter section,
said southeast corner being designated as point "508" on said parcel plat, which point of
beginning is the southeast corner of the grantor's land; thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 02
seconds West 117.796 meters (386.47 feet) along said south line to the southwest corner of the
