Policies
Check-In Time is after 4:00pm/Check-Out time is no later than 11 am.
Advance Deposit
Your deposit is refundable if reservations are cancelled at least 7 days prior to
the arrival date, less a$38.32 processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 7
days will forfeit entire deposit. Shows and packages may be non-refundable.
Arrival
Payment in full by cash, approved check or accepted credit card is required
upon registration.We require 24 hour notice of early departure to avoid a
charge for that night(pending all obligations and minimums have been met). If
you fail to arrive on your scheduled arrival date, your accommodations will be
released regardless of length of stay. Identification and licence plate number are
required at check-in. One responsible adult of 25 years or older required per
unit. Confirmation valid for dates and unit type listed above. No RV's,

motorcycles,water vessels, buses, large trucks or trailers are allowed passed
security gate. Special parking is provided, at your own risk,at the entrance of
the resort on a first come,first serve basis. Resort does not supply pool or
beach towels.
Special Requests
All consideration is given and attempts are made to adhere to special requests.
However, all requests cannot be guaranteed.Your understanding and
patronage are appreciated. Pack and play cribs are available on a first come
first serve basis. Rollaway beds are not available.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on Ocean Creek Resort property.
Resort Fee
The total for your stay includes a resort fee.The resort fee includes various
amenities and services including: use of In-Room safe, In-Room Premium Blend
Coffee upon arrival, Unlimited Local and Toll Free Calls, Complimentary USA
Today Newspaper(when available), Business Center, Fitness Center and
Wireless High Speed Internet Access.
