YOUNG CHEVROLET — 96TH STREET Dear Board Members: Mr. Thomas Schmitt, Secretary and Treasurer of D. Young Chevrolet, has requested the Board sign the Dedication of Public Right -of -Way documents as presented to the Board for approval. These documents dedicate the right of way for 96`" Street along the southern side of the Penske Chevrolet project, located in part of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 17 North, Range 4 East , Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. The Department of Engineering has received construction plans for this project. Total acreage dedicated consists of 0.179 acres. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Schmitt and D. Young Chevrolet for this dedication of Right Of Way.
