CERTIFICATION AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION, PRIOR TO BACKFILLING THE PIPE. THE CONTRACTOR IS INSTRUCTED TO
AS-BUILT EACH SECTION OF STORM PIPE AS IT IS BEING INSTALLED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PLANS AND
