Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting
on the 23rd day of November, 2015 at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Caucus Rooms,
1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a
Development Standards Variance application to:
Docket No. 1511005 V ZO CH 8.04.03.A: Minimum Front Yard Setback,
35 feet required, 25 feet requested
Docket No. 1511006 V ZO CH 8.04.03.F: Maximum Lot Coverage, 35%
allowed, 50% requested
Docket No. 1511007 V ZO CH 26.01.01: Side and Rear Yard Setbacks,
cannot meet additional 7 feet required
at property being known as 421 W. Main St., Carmel, IN 46032.
The application is identified as Docket No. 15110005-7 V.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows: Tax ID#

All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above
