Approval of Preliminary Resolution 2015-9 re: Amendment to the Declaratory Resolution and Development Plan for the Integrated 126th Street Corridor Economic Development Area (Proscenium Allocation Area) Mr. Donaldson explained the resolution relates to the site of the old Party Time Rentals that the CRC has been involved in redeveloping efforts. This resolution would be similar to other TIF developer projects, excising this site out of the current location and create a new allocation area. This would allow negotiation of a TIF specific deal with the developer so this TIF can be tracked separately, but also reset the clock and give a new 25 year life so the CRC could pay for improvements that need to be done. This is four step process. If approved at this meeting, the resolution would then go to the Planning Commission; then the City Council; then back to CRC for a public hearing to confirm and get the area in place. Mr. Brooks made a motion to approve Resolution 2015-9 re: the Amendment to the Declaratory Resolution and Development Plan for the Integrated 126th Street Corridor Economic Development Area. Mr. Dalzell seconded. Passed unanimously. Adjournment Mr. Worell moved the meeting be adjourned pending the execution of documents and seconded by Mr. Dalzell. The meeting was adjourned at 4:04 p.m. The next regularly scheduled meeting is Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. 1
