These documents dedicate the right of way for the portion of Pennsylvania Way under ownership of Meridian 131 Associates, located north of Main Street (131st Street) in part of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana. Total acreage dedicated will be 0.370 acres. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank Mr. Gabovitch and Meridian 131 Associates, LLC for this dedication of right of way.
